Registration Fee Inclusions

Registration fees include admittance to all scientific sessions, conference materials, processing of certificates of attendance or continuing education, and all event functions as specified on agenda.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - March 6- Virtual

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to registration@imedex.com by January 24, 2021.  A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.

Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by February 28, 2021

Cancellations received after March 6, 2021 will not be refunded or provided a voucher.  If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event. 

Credit vouchers may be offered should program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP’s control, including but not limited to weather, interruptions in internet services, power outages and any cancellation related to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Cancellation Policy - April 16 - Virtual

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to registration@imedex.com by March 5, 2021.  A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.

Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by April 9, 2021

Cancellations received after April 16, 2021 will not be refunded or provided a voucher.  If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to registration@imedex.com by May 7, 2021. A $100 cancellation fee (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.

Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by June 11, 2021. 

Cancellations received after June 19, 2021 will not be refunded or provided a voucher.  If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.

Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by July 30, 2021

Cancellations received after June 25, 2021 will be issued a voucher for participation in a future meeting. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.

Cancellations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline, and/or other company.

Credit vouchers may be offered should program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP’s control, including but not limited to weather, interruptions in internet services, power outages and any cancellation related to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by September 3, 2021

Cancellations received after July 30, 2021 will be issued a voucher for participation in a future meeting. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.

Cancellations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline, and/or other company.

Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by September 17, 2021

Cancellations received after August 13, 2021 will be issued a voucher for participation in a future meeting. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
