Below you will find further details regarding the AIBD Regional - Virtual Experience for 2020:

Q: What is the format of this year’s AIBD Regional Virtual Experiences and when will they take place?

A: We are pleased to announce the AIBD Regional conferences will all be delivered as a virtual experience. This interactive event is designed to bring the next level of education to clinicians treating IBD. Recordings of conference sessions will be available to participants for 1 year after the event.

Boston - June 27, 2020

Chicago - July 25, 2020

Los Angeles - August 22, 2020

Chapel Hill - September 12, 2020

Houston - September 26, 2020

 

Q: Will the AIBD Regional Virtual Events be rescheduled this year?

A: No. We will gather again in-person for these conferences in 2021.

 

Q: What is the program for the virtual conference?

A: Our Conference Chairpersons, along with our expert faculty, will deliver practical solutions to mastering the clinical challenges in IBD, covering relevant topics essential to improving patient outcomes. Our virtual conference will have the same agenda that was planned for the live event. Please see the conference website for the latest program details.

 

Q: What kind of software will be required to view the sessions and interact with the experts?

A: AIBD Regional Virtual Conferences will be web-based, so all you will need is a computer and an internet connection. Review requirements for desktop browser and operating systems.

 

Q: Will I be able to watch session recordings after the conference has concluded?

A: Yes, all sessions from the AIBD Regional Series will be recorded and available for viewing after the series.

 

Q: How do I register for the virtual experience?

Q: I had previously registered for an AIBD Regional live event, that now is being delivered virtually. What will happen to my registration?

A: All current registrants have been automatically registered for the AIBD Regional virtual event that you originally registered for. We look forward to your participation.

 

Q: I had previously booked a hotel room for an AIBD Regional live event, that now is being delivered virtually. What will happen to my reservation?

A: If you booked a hotel room withing the AIBD Room Block, the hotel will cancel your room for you.

 

Q: I am a member of the Press and would like to participate in the virtual conference.

A: Please reach out to pr@hmpglobal.com to complete a press access form. Once approved, you will be registered and receive a link to access.

 

Q: My company would like to support the conference. Are there opportunities available?
